To help employees acquire the necessary skill‐sets to meet the demands of a flexible and dynamic modern business environment, NSCC has introduced the Degree Reimbursement Programme (DRP), which provides employees with financial assistance and practical support to undertake college/certification level courses in subjects relevant to their job requirements.
