This project consists of two towers to be constructed on a site of 8,132 square meters in the West Bay area of Doha. Tower A is a 31 storey office structure with a total built up area of 57,772 square meters. Tower B is a 31 storey residential structure with a total built up area of 32,923 square meters. Parking for the towers is accommodated in the four level basements beneath Tower A, and three level basements beneath Tower B.
