Project Details

Due to unsuitable soil conditions for the proposed raft foundation at this site, stone columns ground improvement works were required. NSCC was originally awarded the subcontract for ground improvement works at one plot, and subsequently awarded the project’s remaining 6 plots after superior performance at the first plot.

Stone columns were installed to a depth of around 6.5 m at 2.0 m grid spacing.
