Contiguous Pile Wall

This is a retaining wall construction method, in which the wall is constructed with small gaps between adjacent piles.  The size of the space is determined by the nature of the soils.  This method is generally suited for retaining the sides of relatively impervious soil strata with a low groundwater table level.
