KHALIL N KHOURI
Chief Executive Officer
Khalil is responsible for formulating the group’s overall corporate strategy, market positioning, growth plans and the overall financial strength of the company while overseeing the Proposals Division (tendering & design), corporate affairs, the development of human capital and I.T. policies. He has worked for NSCC International for over 27 years and holds a BSc(Eng.) in Civil Engineering and an MSc(Eng.) in Soil Mechanics, both from Imperial College London.
NIDAL N KHOURY
Vice President
Nidal is responsible for regional revenue generation in addition to overseeing NSCC’s Ground Improvement Division and the Commercial & Risk Department. He has worked in the company since 1993, during which he streamlined its operations and procedures. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
ISSAM N KHOURY
Vice President
Issam joined NSCC International at the start of his career in 1993. He is responsible for regional revenue generation and overseeing NSCC's HDD Division, Project Delivery and Plant. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
MOHAMMED AL KAFF
Executive Director – Projects Delivery
Mohammed has been with NSCC International since 2001. He heads the company’s operations across all regions. Prior to that he managed numerous high value projects and has extensive knowledge of joint venture administration. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of San Diego.

Senior Director - Commercial and Risk
Khalil is responsible for administering all NSCC contracts as well as commercial and legal representation of the company across all operating regions. He also oversees the risk department which plays a pivotal role in the project lifecycle. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Yarmouk University, Jordan.
HASSANIN HASHIM
Regional Director
Hassanin is responsible for the Iraq region where he was successful in securing NSCC’s first project in the country. He also heads the HDD & Pipeline EPC Division across all regions. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Basrah, Iraq.
AMR HIJJAWI
Group Finance Manager
Amr joined NSCC International in 2007 and held various positions within the company till 2012. He rejoined NSCC in June 2019 and is responsible for the financial health of the company across all regions. He holds a BA in Accounting from New York Institute of Technology, Jordan and a MSc in Accounting & Finance from University of Leeds, UK and is a Certified Management Accountant.
ZITA D'SOUZA
Head of Human Capital Department
Zita joined NSCC in 2004 and has held various positions within the company. She is now regionally responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of Human Capital activity. Zita holds an MBA in HR Management from Manipal University, India.
GEORGIOS CHRYSOVITSIOTIS
Engineering Manager
Georgios joined NSCC in 2021, with more than 15 years of international engineering and construction experience. He is responsible for the engineering and methods aspects of the company, for overseeing the preparation of large tenders, exploration of new techniques and methods, as well as general business development in the various regions. Georgios holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering and an MSc from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc from Imperial College London and an executive MBA from IE University Madrid.
ROCHELL SANTOS PAHATI
Head of Tendering Department
With a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Rochell joined NSCC as a Quantity Surveyor and ascended quickly through the ranks to Senior Estimation Engineer. She now manages the Tendering Department and ensures that goals are met though various functions throughout the estimation and bid cycle, including techno-commercial analysis, bid negotiations and preparation of budgets.
TAREK IBRAHIM AZAB
Plant Manager
Tarek joined NSCC’s plant department in 2008 in his capacity as Plant Engineer and by 2016, he ascended to the role of group Plant Manager. He is responsible for managing our sizeable fleet of plant and equipment, ensuring it’s maintained in first class working condition, while supervising a team of dedicated engineers, technicians and plant crew. Tarek holds a BSc in Power Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University, Cairo.
