NSCC International Doha has secured the enabling works package for a 5-Star Luxury Hotel for Hala Group Enterprises in West Bay, Doha. The consultant for the project is KEO and the main contractor is Ghantoot Construction & Transportation Development.
The scope of works include large diameter rotary bored piles (900 and 1200 mm dia.), contiguous piled wall, secant piled wall, ground anchors and c-channels.
The site is located at the south-west corner of Diplomatic Street and Ambassador Street, and takes up an area of 84 m x 66 m. The proposed structure comprises 3 basement levels for car parks and building services, the ground floor of the hotel and 34 floors of hotel rooms and guest facilities, plus a 37.95 m high rooftop tower mast.
