Al Maryah Central, Abu Dhabi

An iconic mixed-use development, to be built on Al Maryah Island linking to The Galleria, Abu Dhabi’s premier shopping and dining destination. This dynamic, US $1.5 billion, 3.1 million sqf development, due for completion in Q1 2018, will include a 2.3 million sqf shopping center housing the region’s first Macy’s and Abu Dhabi first Bloomingdale’s Department Stores. The development will also feature two, 400,000 sqf integrated towers comprising a mix of hotel, serviced and residential apartments and luxury residences.
